Rent & other costs

Rent per month depends of the month, high/low season:

  • January to March: 75,000 THB/month
  • April to June: 60,000 THB/month
  • July to September: 65,000 THB/month
  • October to December: 60,000 THB/month

Bi annual or annual rent (in advance):

  • 6 month rent: 420,000 THB/6 months (70,000 THB/month)
  • 12 month (1 year): 820 000 THB/year (2 years max)

Deposit: 75,000 THB, if you have pets, deposit will be 140,000 THB (2 months). This deposit will be refunded in cash or by bank transfer (only Thai banks)when leaving minus things to be changed and electricity bill.

Electricity

Electricity is not included, it is billed (flat rate) to the price: 5.6 THB/kWh.

If you choose 6 month or 12 month rent, then electricity price is PEA direct (eg ~4.5 THB/kWh). You can even pay the bill yourself if you have a Thai account, or thru 7-11.

Cleaning

It is an option, billed 700 THB each time the cleaning team have to go there. We advise to take this option once a week.

Notice when leaving we attends the villa is cleaned and dishes are cleaned. If not we will deduct 1400 THB for emergency cleaning and tidying.
