Rent & other costs

Starting two months rent : 70,000 THB/month (for less than one month, ask us, it is really depending of the season).

Deposit: 70,000 THB, if you have pets, deposits will be 93,000 THB. This deposit will be refunded in cash or by bank transfer (only Thai banks)when leaving minus things to be changed and electricity bill.

Electricity

Electricity is not included, it is billed (flat rate) to the price: 5.6 THB/kWh (this price can be changed according to PEA electricity rates and taxes). 

Cleaning

It is an option, billed 700 THB each time the cleaning team have to go there. We advise to take this option once a week.

Notice when leaving we attends the villa is cleaned and dishes are cleaned. If not we will deduct 1400 THB for emergency cleaning and tidying.
